Property owners in the Village of Combined Locks are advised that the 2008 property assessment roll will be available for inspection at the Combined Locks Civic Center, 405 Wallace Street on May 12, 2008. Assessment Roll Open Book Sessions are:
Monday, May 19, 2008 5:00pm to 7:00pm Wednesday, May 21, 2008 5:00pm to 7:00pm.
Property owners who wish to meet with the assessor to discuss how he arrived at their assessed value need to schedule an appointment - by phone: 920-749-8098 or 1-800-770-3927. For online scheduling, click here.
If, after the Open Book session, you wish to object to the assessment, contact Mark Van Thiel at 920-788-7740 to file a "Form of Objection" and to schedule an appointment before the local Board of Review. You will need to file written or oral intent to object with the Municipal Clerk at least 48 hours prior to the Board of Review. The Board of Review will be meeting at the CombinedLocksCivicCenter, 405 Wallace St, on Tuesday, June 10 from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.
Elections
All voters must be formally registered before casting a ballot. Click here to download and print a voter registration form. If registering for the first time, a valid driver's license or state issued identification card must be presented to the clerk or poll worker.
New Brush Collection Procedure: Residents must request curbside brush collection by 3:00pm the day before the scheduled collection. April 2nd through July 30th, brush is collected every Wednesday. To request collection, please call 788-7740 and choose option #1 or click here to be redirected and email your request.
Dog licenses due by April 1st every year. Please bring rabies vaccine information and proof of spay or neuter to license your dog.
