My responsibility for public safety requires constant action, innovation, strong core values, cutting edge technology, and positive political partnerships at the federal, state and local level. Also required is a daring to be different, no fear of criticism, transparency regarding our mistakes, full respect and cooperation with the media and big ideas. Most important is the training of all my employees to be be leaders who thirst for knowledge to do better.

We have included pictures and a brief summary for each officer to better familiarize you with our department. This web site is designed not by professional programmers, but by members of our department and the clerk's office to assist you in getting to know the department better and bring us closer to the community. We need everyone's help in crime prevention and community awareness so Combined Locks can continue to be a great place to live, work and play. Together we can succeed in our goal for a united, safe community.

Scott Lund-Chief Lund has been employed by the Combined Locks Police Department since 2002. Chief Lund was previously with the Fox Valley Metro Police Department for eight years. Chief Lund is a graduate of the 230th session of the FBI National Academy.
