MEET THE FULL-TIME OFFICERS

		Scott Lund-Lt. Lund has been employed by the Combined Locks Police Department since 2002. Lt. Lund was previously with the Fox Valley Metro Police Department for eight years. Lt. Lund is a graduate of the 230th session of the FBI National Academy. Lt. Lund is an instructor in Firearms, Defense and Arrest Tactics, Vehicle Contacts and Investigation of Sensitive Crimes. Lt. Lund is a department evidence technician, and field training officer. Lt. Lund is in charge of the departments evidence room and the Field Training Program. Lt. Lund is an adjunct instructor at Fox Valley Technical College in the Recruit Academy and the Police Science Program. Lt. Lund is a member of the Outagamie County Domestic Violence Intervention Team. 		Mark Larson - Officer Larson has been employed by the Combined Locks Police Department full time since August 2005. Officer Larson is a Firearms and Rifle Instructor. Officer Larson is Court Liaison Officer. He is also responsible for equipment maintenance, squad car maintenance, and department supplies. You can contact Officer Larson at clpd763@combinedlocks.org

		Ed Slinde - Officer Slinde has been employed by the Combined Locks Police Department since March 2001. Officer Slinde is a Defense and Arrest Tactics Instructor. He is the Neighborhood Watch Coordinator, Crime Stoppers and Safety Committee Representative, Field Training Officer and the Juvenile Officer for the department. 		Duane Dissen - Officer Dissen has been employed by the Combined Locks Police Department since January 1999. Officer Dissen is the departments evidence technician. He is the Gang Information Officer and responsible for UCR reporting. You can contact Officer Dissen at dissen765@combinedlocks.org
