Combined Locks Recreation Programs are open to village residents and to non-residents.  Programs typically run from the beginning of June through the end of July.  Resident fees are $35 for each participant, with a maximum charge of $85.  The $35 fee covers any program the child is (age) eligible for (unless a separate fee is noted).  Non-resident fees are $55, with a maximum charge of $165.  Typical programs offered are:  tot-lot, tot- town, tee ball, pee wee baseball, rookie league baseball, gymnastics, and playgrounds among others.

Combined Locks also sponsors  Minor League Baseball Teams and Girls Fastpitch Softball Teams.  Minor League is open to kids age 10,11,12.  (Age is as of April 30).  Games are played on Monday and Wednesday evenings between other Combined Locks teams and Kaukauna teams.  League play starts in late May and ends at the end of July.  Girls Softball is open to girls age 11 and 12.  (Age is as of January 1).  Combined Locks sponsors the 11 and 12 year olds and Kimberly sponsors the 9 and 10 year olds.  Games for the 11s and 12s are played on Tuesday and Thursday evenings between other Combined Locks teams and Little Chute teams.  League play starts in June and ends at the end of July.    Registration for both leagues is in early February.  Registration information is sent to local schools and is advertised in the Times-Villager and Post Crescent.  Contact the Village of Kimberly Recreation Department for more information regarding the 9 and 10 year old Girls Softball Program.
