ANNUAL REPORT

MUNICIPAL (MS4) SEPARATE STORM SEWER SYSTEM

PERMIT NO. WI-S050075-1

 

The Village of Combined Locks is required to submit an annual report to the Department of Natural Resources to report on storm water management activities undertaken by the community to comply with its storm water permit for the previous calendar year.  The report is required to be filed by 3/31/09.

 

A copy of the annual report for the Village of Combined Locks is available for review and comment at the offices of the Municipal Clerk, located at the Combined Locks Civic Center, 405 Wallace Street.
